Today, another town. Apparently this is the view from Kevin's flat. So very urban. Strangely, my first thought on seeing the photos was that they remind me of those wolf-and-moon-hoodies that were popular in the (hopefully ironic?) hipster parts of the world a while ago. (Ugliest trend ever?)
In other news I'm still puzzled by the fact that there's a Pet Shop Boys song about Peter Mandelson, and that there's cat-shaped lipstick. Both things are kind of epic? I want a mini-album about politicians. And one can never have enough lipstick.
It reminds me of this Larkin poem - although the roofscape is somewhat different.
