graduating

Today I stared at my laptop and watched Kevin (who was dressed like Harry Potter, though Harry probably never wore a manskirt kilt) being hit with a hat. Favourite moment of the week, pretty much. I wish I could have been there myself, but I have to finish two essays instead. Tomorrow I'll go to dark and rainy Scotland though and I cannot wait! Well done, Kevin! (I'm quoting the elderly man with the hat... I'd choose different words, such as, "Ohaaaa!")

    My boyfriend graduated today and the hat is apparently part of the ceremony in Edinburgh. Too many insider jokes there!

    There was a live stream of course! It was EXTREMELY ODD to watch a ceremony on my dirty computer screen. Odd, but brilliant nonetheless.
    I'm back on Monday and guess what, no more essays to write then! Let's make music.

    sieht großartig und nach einer amüsanten zeremonie aus! hat der kevin das gewand dafür kaufen müssen? ich gratuliere ihm übrigens auch ganz herzlich und dir wünsch ich eine schöne zeit in schottland!!!

    Er hat den Umhang und so ausgeliehen, aber der Schottenrock und die Stutzen gehören ihm!
    Ja, ich hab mit deiner Mutter telephoniert, weiß aber noch nicht, was unsere Mütter jetzt wirklich ausgemacht haben? Ich freu mich jedenfalls auch schon ur!

    also nachdem du samstags immer im museum arbeitest wurde ausgemacht dass ihr anschließend auf ein spätes mittagessen zu uns kommt!? ich lass mich überraschen wer aller mitkommt ;-)
