Summer wasn't long enough for me to wear all of my dresses. How is that even possible? It rained so hard today that I was stranded in the city and had to abandon my bike because dresses made by grandmothers and rain don't get on at all. Let's hope the bike survives the long and lonely night on its own. As for me, I've got The Field Mice and a book by the author who slandered one of my uni professors to keep me company. Ah, well. Tearjerkers for popkids, right?
