Thank you: Sufjan Stevens, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Indian chai tea, tangerines, the one cigarette I smoked today, Radio 3, Radio 4, my dad's old jumper, my mum's scarf, Devin and Ollie, my family, tissues, everyone who has hugged me in the past week, the long walk we took on Saturday, cold bright mornings, the kindness of strangers, feeling ashamed for crying in public, not sleeping alone, eating freshly baked bread, friends friends friends.

to take a walk! (You have to know that I have quite some trouble to make
my self go out of my flat) Thanks!

ReplyDeleteby the way: i've been following your blog for some time now and i remember that you already wrote a lot about utrecht. i'll be going there in about two weeks. can you recommend anything to me, that i shouldn't miss?
Yes! Walk along the grachts, that's always lovely. You could walk along Oudegracht until you reach Twijnstraat, that's pretty dreamy. The area between Oudegracht and Nieuwegracht is lovely. There are nice cafés and bars everywhere. My favourite bookshop is in Domstraat (behind the cathedral), it's called Bijleveld. The Centraal Museum is wonderful, and so is the area around it. Utrecht is lovely in general, you won't have trouble finding beautiful spots.
DeleteWell i don't know if i ever told you but i like your blog and pictures... So here * is a virtual kiss from freezing cold Paris to you ***
ReplyDeleteAnd yes, EVERYTHING IS GOING TO BE AMAZING!
